Medication Assistance

Paying for medications can often be expensive. Our clinic uses the Medication Assistance Program to fill the gap between medication costs and patients-in-need with free medication through participating pharmacies. After an appointment with one of our doctors, they can refer you to the program. Once the referral is made you will have to fill out an application. If you are accepted, the enrollment in the program lasts a year. After this, you will need to re-apply.
